The Rules of any contest are the same you provide your work, either non published or non work for hire and we will review your work for our contest. We have the rights to pull or discriminate against any photo that we feel is disqualifiable. Any work submitted then published becomes copy wrote by U and I and the artist A fifty fifty share of right is then established. You forfeit to U and I and all partners clients and associates the right to republish for advertising promotional and all other uses. By entering this contest you have agreed that you are bound by this and cannot and will not seek legal action should you feel that you were treated unfairly unless in a case where the above contract was broken by the other party ( U and I magazine, Rev.'s Web's ect.) You are free to seek publishing of submitted material without the permission of U and I to other publishers and cannot have legal action taken upon you unless you are in direct violation of this contract.
