Guests are entitled to keep weapons and be treated with the respect as
one of the Ubar's
trusted friends.
However, they have no rank, no political power, and must abide by visitor's
rules.
At no time, unless
dictated by the Ubar, will an Honored
Guest have the right to involve
themselves in any political
matter either in Tyros or outside of Tyros. They are not above the
Council of
Tyros, and they are not afforded any courtesy of granting of power whatsoever.
Council of Tyros rules on all
situations in the Ubar's absence.~
