There was a short film made to coincide with the release of this EP, featuring a maniac violently torturing and finally murdering a victim inbetween Nine Inch Nails video clips from this EP. The clips were "Pinion", "Wish", "Help Me I Am In Hell", "Happiness in Slavery" and "Gave Up". Due to the extreme graphic violence featured in this film, Reznor never officially released it - but it is available on the Internet and amongst collectors.
