Flame Wars!
This page is about the constant Hardware/Software wars between Vendors, Organizations, Individuals, shadow entities and Mork who brought us crop circles which in turns out to be written in assembly I86 language!

NVIDIA's in trouble more ways than one!

After all the fluff I'v been hearing about INVIDIA, I started believing that they have aquired a sachel loaded with invincibility potions! Alas it was sugar water! *Jesse Dreaming back in time!* If only I bought NVIDIA back in January 2000 for about $10 or so a share, I would have cashed out on this years accent. A 300% profit folks, but I soon realized why I did not buy it. One I had no money and two I don't have the means to travel back in time! Doh! Dam technicalities, always getting in my way!
But that's not all. NVIDIA's announcment of a proprietary language to help in gfx/game development is not new. Other companies have tried to do it and will still, till they score like MS. What was odd, was the timing of it all! Could it be that NVIDIA's end of the grapevine knew the release of ATI's new chip would de-crown them? By the way the SEC is investigating them on accounting practices, so stay tuned folks it may get uglier!

Intels new CPU (Itanium 2) is out for all to make fun of, and no chuckle! Folks it looks like Intel has made the mark. Now what does this have to do with us mostly software slaves, will I would like to think theres a little bit of hardware in all of us! Well I dig hardware, and it's only Me and Eric buidling pages, so; Muahahahahahaha! Anyways, here are collection of links to other peoples $.2 about the matter!

- What Intel say's:
Itanium® 2 processor based systems are designed to provide outstanding computing power in the key areas of Security, Transaction processing, Enterprise Resource Planning, Computer-aided Engineering and High-Performance technical computing. Blah! blah! blah!
