Hi!  Thank you for visiting my Homepage!
Feel free to take a look around!

I am currently a student at Eastern Connecticut State University where I am pursuing both a Masters Degree and Connecticut State Certification in Elementary Education.  I am almost finished with my program and will be student teaching in the Spring of 2006.  I plan on graduating later that year, in December, with my Masters of Science in Elementary Education!

I have also spent 5 years of my life at the University of Connecticut (UConn), where on May 8, 2004, I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Childhood and Adolescent Development from the School of Family Stuides.

While at Uconn, I played both the flute and piccolo in the university's marching band, the University of Connecticut Marching Band (UCMB), for 5 consecutive seasons.  When I graduated I found it hard to leave but was lucky enough to be offered the opportunity to continue with the orgaization through my Masters Degree.  Since then, I have been a Manager with the band for 2 seasons and am loving every moment of it!  Also during my 1st season as a Manager, I had the opportunity to be the videographer tape all of the UCMB's performances, even the band making history by performing at UConn's first bowl game!

The UCMB has been an integral part of my collegiate career and I will be sad when it ends.  But, like the school's Alma Mater says..."For Friendships that ever remain..."  The UCMB has provided me with experience and lifetime friends that I will never forget and will ever remain!
