Dance is a fun but risky sport. I realize that my son/daughter is participating in "Spend a Day with the UConn Tap Team" with the UConn Tap Team to be held at the University of Connecticut at the date and time stated above. Due to the possibility of injury with dance, as in any sport, I agree not to hold the University of Connecticut or any of the Tap Team members responsible for an injury sustained while visiting the University of Connecticut. By signing this waiver I am allowing my son/daughter to participate in the event and realize the risks associated with such actions.
