The Hardcore Legend, formerly known as the Living Legend, is one of the core members of the UDW roster. Since joining Evolution in S2 EP13, he has not lost a match, and claimed the Hardcore Title at August Annihilation 2007. Legend is well known for founding the nWo, and RX as well as his long time rivalries with The Legend Killer, Stone Cold, The Chrizzly Bear, and most recently Chuck Norris. Legend became the owner of UDW in late 2006, only to sell the company, but remain as President of Wrestling Operations. UDW was purchased by a new owner in March 2008, who declared that Legend must defend his presidency in an election. Chuck Norris has since announced his name as Legend's opponent in the election.
