This looks like information on an ancient race called the Qirans. They
still exist today because there were no attacks on that planet when Juno, Vela and Lupus
were attacking Mizar!

The last of Jet Force Gemini. They won't appear for a while because
they are at a temporary place to live. Reason, Y2K. Anyway, the Qirans are highly advanced
in technology, even more than the humans.
