Maybe this is true in our society. There are may "bad" people out there that do not believe they are "bad". They can "justify" what they do. Some people think that they are "above" the law. Is this wrong? They do not think so. How can one convince a starving person that stealing food is wrong? Then there is the death penalty. How can it be lawful to murder a person for murdering, which is unlawful? I think that morality is a personal word. I believe in acertain and distinct right and wrong, but for people to be moral they should look deep inside themselves to find what it is that they truly believe. So, yes, I do believe there is "only moral interpretation". |
