Rollanda Faraon

       She's married to Jose Faraon with whom they have 3 grown-up children: Tehani Kaulekahi Purdy, manager of Special Project in Sacramento, California; Misty Faraon, working as marketing coordinator in Kahului, Maui; and Ikaika Faraon who is presently attending school in San Luis, California. Rollanda is very active as member of Kaunakakai Filipino Association and Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Worth mentioning is that she was crowned Mrs. Valentine 2002 by the Kaunakakai Filipino Association. She is a regular volunteer for the annual Aloha Week. She loves to watch baseball, volleyball and basketball games to which she was actively involved during her high school days in Molokai. Her full attention is devoted for her family. She enjoys traveling around the world.

Erlinda E. Delacruzham

       She finished her Masters in Business Administration at the Ateneo Graduate School in Makati City after obtaining her BS degree at the Lyceum of the Philippines. She was a former Flight Attendant of the Philippine Airlines. Presently, she works for the Dept. of Human Services in the State of Hawaii. A member of the Bulacan Circle and Associates, her life's goal is to remain as a shining example for her daughter, Dalisay Welborn and for other young women of Hawaii to emulate. She's married to Antonio Delacruzham.

Wibitz C. Stewart

       She is the well known as “Queen of Fun” in the air lanes because of her radio program. An articulate writer, she already published 4 books. She organized the Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, Inc., to which she's President. Also, she's the Vice-President of Membership of the Maui Speakers Association and former President of Kihei Toastmasters Club of Maui. She was crowned as MRS. MAUI FILIPINA and MRS. ALOHA for 2004. Before immigrating to Hawaii, she attended college at the University of the Philippines under a scholarship grant and finished her BS degree with major in political science. Archie C. Stewart is her husband whom she met while in business. Her fondest dream is to be able to help more people live happily on Mother Earth.

Elsa P. Talavera

       She's from the Sunshine City of Laoag. As a registered nurse, she was certified as Medical Surgical and Nephrology nurse in the State of Hawaii. Because of her expertise and dedication in the nursing profession, the Filipino Nurses Organization of Hawaii awarded her the prestigious Filipino Nurse of the Year title. Similarly, in recognition of her outstanding performance and determination to help people in the community, the Hawaii legislature thru the House of Representatives awarded her a certificate of achievement and acknowledgement. Other organizations like, MOTTEP, Kalayaan Philippines-International, Aloha Medical Mission, Sirmata 2004 and several filipino Organizations in Hawaii also cited her for her continuing and outstanding community work. She is married to Edgar Credo Talavera. They have two children: Richardson and Desiree.

Nancy Saniatan-Rosales Yaplag

       She's proud to say, that she hailed from Cabugao, Ilocos Sur. After completing her secondary course at Farrington High School, she pursued her college education at the Kapiolani Community College. At an early age, she was influenced by her parents' lucrative business and as a consequence, she was encouraged to enter the business world. Through her unwavering perseverance and strong determination to succeed she wonderfully made it! In recognition for her achievements, the Cabugao Sons and Daughters of Hawaii presented her the Business Award of the Year. Her hobbies: listening to songs and music, seeking for more friends, flower design, cooking, dancing, traveling and flower design. She's married to Noe C. Yaplag with 5 kids: Kristoffer, Rosanna, Joshua, Jacob and Tyler. Her favorite quote: “Love must be for everyone!”



UPDATE: Congratulations to Mrs. Wibitz C. Stewart for winning the Mrs. Hawaii-Filipina Scholarship Pageant 2004-2005 title held at Pacific Beach Hotel Grand Ballroom in Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii on May 14, 2004. Mrs. Stewart was also named as Mrs. Aloha-Filipina 2004 during this event.
