If as I say , there is enough Capital - A RELATIVELY CHEEP SATELLITE could be put together, to house theWINNING DESIGN(The ACTUAL PAINTING, not a copy) and PLACED into ORBIT around the EARTH, CROSSING with MUTUALAGREEMENT as MANY COUNTRIES as POSSIBLE !
BETWEEN SCHOOLS, COLLAGES, UNIVERSITIES of the WORLD = MORE CROSS COUNTRY RELATIONSHIPS.
I Like the idea of a Radio Transmitter, sending a beat,aHUMAN HEARTBEAT, calm and constant,
EVEN IN DAYLIGHT WE WOULD KNOW THAT IT WAS PASSING OVERHEAD, REASSURING, REMINDING.
It is a warm night, and you are sitting outside with your son / daughters on your knee, you lean over switch on your Radio and TUNE IN, tune into an EMPTY STATION, and as you sit there pondering the night sky, a LOW FAINT BEAT starts to creep into the quiet, you look around searching,- then you see it, low on the Horizon getting brighter - nearer - the beat louder - steadier, calming, you point up and your son / daughters see it,
