Brief History>>

Universal Institute of Science and Technology was conceived late 1999 by its President and Founding Chairman, Enrique C. Mallari Sr., a retired professor of University of Sto. Tomas (UST). 

Having in mind of bringing quality technical education in Bulacan particularly in Baliuag and its nearby towns he was able to make his dreams come true, through the support of his family. Thus, UIST  was conceived.

UIST began its operation, June of 2000 on a trimestral basis, starting with a few but determined students and as the word of mouth spread, UIST is now considered as one of the growing technical institution in Bulacan offering to its clientele a 3-in-1 Course.

True to the founder's dream of providing quality education, UIST in making its name in the technical field in Bulacan.
