Hi Mark,
Thanks very much for yesterday's Master class, it's good to do such
completely different stuff now and then.
The Chil Sung forms were excellent......I think I've just about got Chil
Sung Il Ro implanted in my brain! Master Doughty and I will ,no doubt, be
practicing it like mad on Wednesday evening.
Master O'Toole's 'sticky hands sparring' was very interesting and something
new for me. Also, the Ki energy 'spooky stuff' was again something to think
about!
Please thank all the Masters for a really good day.
Cheers, Paul Capitain.

Thanks Mark, had a great day.
In was meant to give blood today, but didn't have the heart to lumber anyone with all of the impurities from my body!!!

3/ Joke
Engineering In Hell
An engineer dies and reports to the pearly gates. St. Peter checks his dossier and says, "Ah, you're an engineer -- you're in the wrong place."
So, the engineer reports to the gates of hell and is let in. Pretty soon, the engineer gets dissatisfied with the level of comfort in hell, and starts designing and building improvements. After awhile, they've got air conditioning and flush toilets and escalators, and the engineer is a pretty popular guy.
One day, God calls Satan up on the telephone and says with a sneer, "So, how's it going down there in hell?"
Satan replies, "Hey, things are going great. We've got air conditioning and flush toilets and escalators, and there's no telling what this engineer is going to come up with next."
God replies, "What??? You've got an engineer? That's a mistake -- he should never have gotten down there; send him up here."
Satan says, "No way." I like having an engineer on the staff, and I'm keeping him."
God says, "Send him back up here or I'll sue."
Satan laughs uproariously and answers, "Yeah, right. And just where are YOU going to get a lawyer?"

8/ Scotland seminar 19th April 2003 Feedback..............
Feedback from the Bong Forms, the students love it!! Young, old, black belts, coloured belts, it doesn't matter all of them love it, and the first one is so easy for the really small kids, (5, 6 & 7) to pick up and helps to boost their confidence. Excellent work!
Cheers
Kelly
Hi Mark,
I was great training with you at the weekend, as usual it ended too soon.
I especially liked the Chil Sang forms which looked very exciting, some very similar moves to the Tai Chi that I have worked on, they offer a greater range in dynamics and movements to what we already do - I am keen to get these on video as with the Bong forms which again are a great addition to our existing skills.
The healing stuff you are working on is phenomenal, I think you are onto something big and I'll be very surprised if you don't receive some sort of national recognition for it. My shoulder/arm still is not as strong as the other one but I know now what to do, with a better understanding of charkas. Am I right in thinking we can develop/create charkas at any point in our bodies and use that to heal, increase strength etc?
Thanks again for a great day
Clive
Hi Mark, email went down again.
I like the new Bong forms, they are much more in-keeping with the flowing way in which TSD practitioners perform forms, they are much less robotic than the previous ones.
I am especially great full for the advance dowsing work you did with me top stuff.
Cheers
Jan

10/ "Laughing gas" poses spinal disease danger
The recreational use of nitrous oxide, also known as "laughing gas", is higher than previously thought and users could be at risk of spinal damage, warn New Zealand researchers.
Last year the researchers, from Auckland Hospital's department of neurology, showed that the drug blocked the action of vitamin B12, thus causing spinal damage. But the neurologists reveal the full extent of its use in a research letter appearing in The Lancet.
The authors surveyed 1,782 first-year students at the University of Auckland.
The questionnaire-based study found that just under 60 per cent of the respondents were aware of the recreational use of the drug, 12 per cent said they had used nitrous oxide recreationally and 3 per cent admitted to being regular users - meaning they used it at least once a month.
Lead researcher Dr Richard Frith says, "Our results show a previously unrecognised high prevalence of recreational nitrous oxide use in first-year university students at Auckland University."
However, he points out that few students are aware of the potentially acute or chronic effects of using nitrous oxide. "Potential harm from nitrous oxide is not included routinely in drug education programmes," says Dr Frith.
Moreover, with an increasing proportion of vegetarianism, many young people have a higher risk of vitamin B12 deficiency, further increasing their risk of spinal problems, he adds.
