Your addiction may be smoking , drinking , food, drugs, the wrong partner, anything ! .
You need to want to stop first !.
Always feel free to change the spells to suit your self, and needs.
If you have not got all the required supplies
then substitute and improvise , ie find the next best thing to it.
This spell must done in the First Quarter moon phase.
On a Saturday at 1:00 am, 8:00 am, 3:00 pm, or 10:00 pm
You will need:
2 silver candles; sage incense; and a piece of parchment paper
that will say:
(name) addiction to (your addiction)
Write your name and addiction on the parchment paper.
Light your candles and incense, then light the paper with one of the candles.
And say:
"As this paper burns let my addiction never return."
Say that over & over until the paper is burnt all the way.
Now take the ashes out side and throw them into the air and say
"Element of air free me from this addiction I must bare."
Do this spell once a week until your addiction is completely gone.

You will need : 9 strands of hair ~Iron nail ~Hammer.
To help give up smoking , nail biting , eating too much , whatever.
Take 9 strands of your hair
( or hair from the person you are working this spell for) .
Wind the hair around an iron nail.
Then hammer the nail into a wooden post ( on a fence).
While seeing yourself free from the addiction.
The habit should go as the nail rusts up.

Needed: Candle
Use this spell to banish away thoughts of cravings if over coming an addiction.
Or if you feel negative and unsure.
Light the candle and stare into the flame while chanting ~
"This candle I see before me, its colour so bright,
Holds my needs of change in its light...
I call in the forces higher than I
to release the energy that is held inside.
May it work for me in the most correct way
Harming none and helping all as it leaves my stay.
I call on thee in perfect trust
and love sending me guidance from above.
This I make happen and so be it will.
Take away this thing that brings me ill."
