From Tampa, Florida April 12-13, 2003

Finally! The Spring Break Nationals have finally started with the kickoff in Tampa, Florida for the  Gator Nationals. It was a close decision if I was going or not, but since it was so close I WENT. I stayed with the Meyers Resort and Spa on Friday and Saturday. It was fun hanging with the Meyers when its race time, because they get serious. We got to the track at about 2:00 for the first practice. It was just like St. Cloud because it was so windy. The track was in good conditions but in some spots it was really bumpy.
