Coming Back after Injury? by Ruthless4Life
Time and patience will help you gain your strength back along with
the right diet, attitude, and very very light exercises and stretching.
Don't rush too much, just do things very very slowly. Since you just got
an injury, it is extremely easy to get hurt the in the same place again as
it is the "weak spot." Even if you feel that you have fully
healed, it may not be, but I'm sure it is making progress.
You will not gain all the strength back with a click. Sometimes vigorous
workouts do not do much good but will even slow down your progress when
you are healing. Do light exercises, like stretching, and listen to your
body. Your body will tell you what it wants.
