Sea Hawk is a Pirate, aiding the Rebellion mostly on ocean-bound voyages.

Sea Hawk has no magical or enchanted powers and seems to be what would be a regular Etherian, like
Bow and Netossa, who has simply acquired his skills due to dedicated hard work. This hard work was the
influence of his father, The Falcon, who was undeniably his role-model as a child. Devastation hit when The
Falcon mysteriously disappeared 20 years prior to Sea Hawk joining the Rebellion. [
59] It was said that he would
fight against the Horde and give to the poor, but if this were true, the fights would have had to have been very
early on in the Horde's rule on Etheria as we know from the story of Adora that they also arrived 20 years
before she joined the Rebels.

Seemingly forgetting about the morals set by his father, Sea Hawk went on to help Hordak, by delivering supplies
for the Horde. His excuse was that he was only interested in the money they would pay him, but Swen, his main
crew-member disagreed with his actions 100% and knew that The Hawk was really a good man. It was only when
Adora came along, soon after her own defection, and showed him the error of his ways that he joined with the
Rebels in their fight for freedom [
07]; consequently, he is know almost as in-demand as Adora herself is.

Being a Pirate, Hawk has a boat, a crew and a stereotypical obsession with all things shiny and valuable - evidently
gold. This would be seen as his biggest weakness, but he soon realised that freedom is more important than
other, more material, items. [
60] The only crew-member to be given a name is Swen, as mentioned above. Swen
is older and wiser than Sea Hawk and was even one of The Falcon's original crew. The other men on his ship are
simply referred to as 'mates'.

After so many years of plunder and then his sudden alliance with the Rebellion, Sea Hawk's past caught up with
him in a big way. After being attacked by the Horde Admiral Scurvy, Hawk's ship was destroyed. His men
escaped unscathed, but he was thrown into the sea, only to come around on a deserted island, with no way
of getting back.

Fate took control and he ended up discovering that his long-lost father, The Falcon, was staying
on the island, being kept alive and well only by the area's enchanted air. The Falcon, very sick, was unable to
help his son in his quests, but congratulated him for fighting for his own right for freedom and gave him a
selection of nifty new weapons, he could use to fight the Horde - Seven Leap Boots, an Impact Ring and a stunning
Laser Rapier. [
60]

Though he may have lost his father, he has gained a new ally - Adora. The fact that she is the leader of the
Rebellion makes her a good addition as it is, but Adora and Sea Hawk are, in fact, a couple. Adora worried
that the Hawk preferred She-Ra, but as it turned out, he was only interested in her as a fighting-partner. It
was Adora who really caught his eye. [
16] The pair, though often far apart, can ensure that the other is safe
via a magical locket, given to Sea Hawk by a kindly sea-witch. He gave one half of the pendant to Adora and
kept the other [
82] - that way, the distance between them is merely a number.
