He is known to be man with little tolerance for fun. This intolerance for misbehaving started in his days with the boy scouts where he learned honor, discipline, and responsibility. He always thought that everybody should live his way and if they didn't, he called for "regulation time!" His first project was to store order to backyard wrestling federations. He believed that these "misfits that wrestled" in the backyard needed somebody to regulate them. While trying to regulate wrestling he became quite fond of the wrestling scene. He fantasized about become an undefeated world champion and eventually entered a wrestling federation. He took up the name of "The Officer" but he feared relations with The Big Boss Man, so he changed it to "The Office." He began introducing others to the backyard wrestling scene, including The Runner, who his best friend now. He is a force to be wreckened with and will do anything to regulate what he doesn't like. When asking him about various subjects such as speech, religion, television, transportation, etc... He has one word to say: "REGULATE!" | |||||
