Edwin Jarvis: The lifelong butler to the Avengers, also witnessed the rebirth of the Avengers and is serving as A-Next's chief and butler.

Jolt/Helen Takahama:  An aged Thunderbolt, Jolt's abilities include enhanced agility and speed and is charged with bioelectricity.

J2/Zane Marko: When in danger from his high school bully, Zane Marko unwillingly transformed into a abnormaly musculer man.  His father was The unstoppable Juggernaut.  Somehow Zane had gained the great powers of his pop, but instead used his super-strength and invulnerability to fight crime as J2.

Jubilee/Jubilation Lee:  Leader of the X-People.  Has the ability to create explotions from far distances.

Loki: God of good and god of bad,  Loki is Thor's brother.  He was a constant in the side of the Avengers and occasinoly gone up against the New Avenegers. 

Mainframe: A Robot leader of the Avengers, created by Anthony Stark to assemle the Avengers after several years. Mainframe has most of Iron Man's powers including Repulser beams, jet-propelled boots,  armor, and computer-guidance systems.

Speedball/Rob Baldwin:  Experienced hero from the New Warriors, now works solo.  He can propel himself off obects at tremendous speed.

Stinger/Cassie Lang:  Daughter of Scott Lang.  Has flight through wings, and has minidaggers, known as Stingers in her wristbands.  

Thor: God of Thunder, inactive member of the Avengers who now resides in Asgard [Norse land of the gods

Thunderstrike/Kevin Masterson:                                 The son of the original                                            Thunderstrike, Keven gained his                                 father's abilities when captured by                             the vial Loki.  Loki began using Thunderstrike's mace for his own evil purposes but Keven lunged himself in the way of Loki's magic, somehow transforming himself into Thunderstrike II.  Thunderstrike has the abilites of his father including super-stength, and  zap bolts. 
A-Next # 1:  The Avengers                               are assembled once again                                       after many years by trolls                                        from Asgard attack on                                             Kevin Masterson.  The                                           new Avengers [Jolt, J2,                                          Jubilee, Mainframe,                                                Speedball, and Stinger] are                                      soon captured and                                                  brought before Loki [who the oringinal Avengers first assembled to battle].  Loki begins to tamper with the mace of Thunderstrile I, but Keven Masterson is able to disrupt Loki's power by touching the magicfilled mace.  He turns into Thunderstrike II.  Battle rages as the other Avnegers are let free.  Thor shows up thanks to a Thunderstrike distrees call, scaring Loki away and then takes the Avengers back home.  From there The Avnegers begin their legacy anew with new roster J2, Stinger, Mainframe, and Thunderstrike.
