The main cottage was originally built in 1988 and then renovated in 1997 till 2001
Master bedroom contains 6 ½ x 5 ft mirror sliding glass closet door one queen size wooden bed and lots of windows and views including a 4 ½ x 6 ½ foot sliding glass door into the main bedroom.
The main living space is all covered with wood color vinyl. It is all one large room which has an office corner, kitchen corner and main living room area where one can enjoy some of the most amazing views on Maui!
It has a large loft area, with a sky light, currently being used as a extra storage unit. 12' x 15' (at the base) loft space w a tapered roof.
Flush Toilet (outhouse) is 56 sq feet outside room

Downstairs bedroom
Downstairs bedroom has a separate 256 cubic foot lockable storage unit (reaching under the house with access from the lower bedroom,) an extension telephone line, a glass mirror sliding glass closet doors, one queen size wooden bed, 6 feet sliding glass doors opening out to a large deck 280 sq feet) and two large windows. It also has one door leading to a separate wash room w sink (63 Sq feet) that could serve as a temporary washroom or kitchenette space.
This is unusual property but perfect for someone who is looking for peace and quiet in a fairly remote and isolated location and doesn't care about having a fancy home.
