From head to toe: hair is scruffy, held back and hidden by the tight leather bands of a worn kevlar helmet; white from radiation exposure. Purple oculars--obsidian sclera give of a rather agressive look despite the circular dirt marks 'round his eyes. Placed comfortably upon his forehead are the culprit, an old pair of basic night goggles. Armor encompasses his chest; ragged jeans torn all the way up to the thigh from what would seem as bullet holes, though none such marks surround the furre's grayish skin, lead down to his steel toed boots. Lastly, his weapons: military combat knives 'round each forearm, a multitude of useful items 'pon his right shoulder and in his leg pockets, tigh metal-plated gloves cover each paw. A mixture of Hockey armor, and metalic plates are seen as protection around the shoulders. Around his hips are car belts whom alow to keep the armor balanced upon
The armor :
Over the shoulders and over the chest to shrink in size and mass to stop just before the waist to cover the abs. Alowing him to bend down and sit easily. Doing the same thing upon his back.(stopping around the end of his spine.) And attached by an old car belt around his waist. Placed upon each shoulder side, two lights, the left one being broken. At the sides just above the waist still attached to the tank armor is placed two Mac10. - Where the armor protects Ulysses' shoulder plates, is placed a rather medium size boomerang

Also newly added a Gas mask that covers his nose and mouth, yet still gives him the ability to speak clearly.
The colors that Ulysses wears are desert camouflage mixture.
