Don't worry! Drop-in! UMSD offers drop-in for those who can't make it every week. The drop-in fee is only $5 per workshop or one hour lesson. Drop-in is also a great way to try out different classes. Great news: Up to the 4th week of classes, drop-in fees can now be put towards purchasing a membership!** ** Drop-in reciepts must be presented at time of membership purchase. How do I sign-up for a membership to UMSD? To sign up, pick up a membership form at the UMSD office (102M University Center) or e-mail us at um_swingkids@hotmail.com for the e-mail version. Membership fees can be dropped off at any UMSD class/workshop/event or mailed to The U of M Swing Dance Club, Box #49, Helen Glass Center, U of M, Wpg, MB, R3T 2N2. |
| Why should I be a member? Since UMSD's primary mission is to make dance lessons available to everyone (students and non-students, beginner or experienced), by signing up to UMSD, a member has access to experienced dance instructors at the most affordable rates in the city. Also, by joining UMSD, the club atmosphere allows members the opportunity to practice, socialize, and meet other dancers in a fun, relaxed setting.
