The Energy Engineering Club is a student run
organization dedicated to promoting the use of renewable
energy. The club also functions as UMLSEA, the
University of Massachusetts Lowell Sustainable Energy
Association. UMLSEA is a division of NESEA, the
Northeast Sustainable Energy Association.
In the past, the club has worked on projects including
a solar-powered fountain for the community garden in
Somerville, MA, demonstration of solar cooking at UMass
Lowell's Spring Carnival, an educational bulletin board
in the Engineering Building, and community outreach
