There will be 5 bog event dates and 5 drag event dates which a participant may compete for points. We will be allowing one throw-away race. Bog points and drag points will be seperate.
You will be awarded 5 bonus points for attending every race for the season.
Entering:
In entering the points race, you will be eligible for award(s) to be given to the participant with the highest season points total in their class. You must be registered to be eligible.
Eligibility:
Your vehicle must break the starting beam under its own power.
You must attend 3 events to qualify for points champion.
Points:
Points will be awarded as follows:
1st place 10 points
2nd place 9 points
3rd place 8 points
4th place 7 points
5th place 6 points
6th place 5 points
7th place 4 points
8th place 3 points
9th place 2 points
10th or more 1 point
Your points will be awarded to a combination of participant and competiton vehicle together as one.
Ties:
In the event of a points tie, the award(s) alloted for the class in question will be split evenly between the participants tied.
