| If the budget allows, we augment the band with James Cox on percussion. James is from Santa Ana California and has lived DownUnder for almost as long as I have. If we really strike it rich, we invite old friend and musical genius Greg Lyon. Even though he's known internationally as a bass player extraordinaire, he plays keyboards when he joins us. We all sing. We do a mixture of my originals and a bunch of our favorite tunes, from Little Feat to Ry Cooder, John Hyatt, Bonnie Raitt and the like. |

| As the name suggests, MumboGumbo is a hot pot of musical flavors - Blues, Rock, Funk, Country -- all played from the heart a'la New Orleans. |
| This three piece band was formed in Brisbane when I had the good fortune of meeting up with Dirk Dubois, a wonderful bass player I had known casually for years. He has played with every Australian blues great, including Chain, Dave Hole, Kevin Borich, Mal Eastick and Chris Finnen. |
| When he and I got together one day with drummer John Forbes, we all knew we had something. J ohn is one of those born to drum. They come few and far between. He has played around Sydney and Brisbane for years. |
