Chapter 25 (Epilogue)

When I started to tell you my story I intended it to be about how I met Callie and eventually her daughters and how that led to our marriage and life together. As I told the story it seemed proper to carry it forward and tell you of the major events that followed. Now I've reached the point where not much new happens on a daily or even weekly basis. So now I'm going to bring you up to date on those events that are significant and also tell you about each person and where they are today.

My Investment in Amazon.com grew rapidly over the 1998-99 period. In December of 1999 I got scared and sold all 10,000 shares at $106 per share. Even after taxes that left us with a sizable nest egg. Jill and I never had sex again after that vacation.
