| Welcome, to the sound of the Underground. The Charleville Music Collective is dedicated to putting on great gigs at an affordable price. These gigs are named Underground Sounds! The C.M.C. supports many local musicians, writers, artists, photographers etc. With many bands including the mighty Purgatory, Is Risen, Rintrah, Death By Snoo Snoo, Psychotic episode, Pat O Sullivan and many more, we're currently in a strong position to promote the songwriter of Cork and Limerick through gigs et al. |
| ********************************** If any of you have the chance, I strongely urge you to listen to the Voices2 cd. On the cd are some amazing local bands recorded over the decades. Included on it are the legendary Dragster, who came second to U2 in a Limerick band comp. Also included are Moonbooth and Ultra-honey as well as the very first Purgatory recording! (That's why it's so rough.) This is a great cd and comes with voices2 the book a collection of poetry, short stories and art from surrounding areas. Book and CD for just 10euro. Pat O Sullivan, Purgatory, Is Risen, Death by Snoo Snoo, Psychotic Episode, Blind Christ Doors 6:30 - gig commences at 7pm, entry 5euro from door on the night.! Fancy dress No Drugs or alcohol Please give all suggestions, all twisted dark reverberating mainstream corporate whore malpractise, mind-beating sludge of the stars and I'll do my best, poetry and art-work will go up on site if you e-mail it to me. Perhaps Charleville needs a helpline or space for people to get together and talk??!! Suggestions?! Ideas for a possible outdoor C.R.M. gig soon, suggestions and volunteers... Need equipment, fundraising.... Anyone with spiritual insight or travel stories to put onsite, contact me.. I must create a system or live by another man's.. |
