God's Promises When You
Feel Disappointed
Psalm 22:4-5
In you our fathers put their trust; they trusted and you delivered them.  They cried to you and you saved them; in you they trusted and were not diappointed.

Isaiah 49:23
Kings will be you foster fathers, and their queens your nursing mothers.  They will bow down before you with their faces to the ground; they will lick the dust at your feet.  Then you will know that I am the Lord; those who hope in me will not be disappointed.

Matthew 19:25-26
When the disciples heard this, they were greatly astonished and asked, "Who then can be saved?" Jesus looked at them and said, "With all man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."

Mark 9:21-24
Jesus asked the boys father, "How long has he been like this?" "From childhood," he answered.  "It has often thrown him into fire or water to kill him.  But if you can do anything, take pity on us and help us."  "If you can?" said Jesus, "Everything is possible for him who believes."  Immediately the boy's father exclaimed, "I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!"
