God's Promises of
Forgiveness
Luke 15:3-7
Then Jesus told them this parable:  Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them.  Does he not leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it?  And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home.  Then he call his friends and neighbors together and says, 'Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.'  I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine who do not need to repent.

Acts 10:43
All the prophets testify about Him that everyone who believes in Him receives forgiveness of sins through His name.

Ephesians 1:7
In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace.

1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us of our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
