Natives to Minneapolis, MN the Underthings have conspired to subvert vulnerable minds into loving simple barebones rock music!

The songwriting members being Dawn and BJ, coming together after breaking off from their previous local bands: Sherman Electric and Trampoline. With the addition of Mike, an awesome drummer, they began working out their originals in May 2000. The flavor of their music currently ranges from slow, lounge-country ballads to loud uptempo, jump-around anthems.

Though they are a new threesome, they have already developed a 12-song, all-originals set-list, with more in the works. Recently, they did an initial recording of these songs and are releasing them as MP3's for demo's.

Look out for future debut album, due to be completed by Spring 2001.
