You don’t know what to say to me, do you?

Sitting and staring in shock that I’ve found you

All I want is a, "Hello"

A simple phone call, or an e-mail

Something that says you’ll still acknowledge me

I know that I hurt you

But give me a chance to make amends

I have some things that rightfully belong to you

But give me that chance for closer

Give me the answers that I need

And I’ll give you the distance that you’ve asked for

If you still want me

I may be willing to give you that second chance
