As far as membership guidlines go, I only ask the following:

1) That you keep Dev and all the other victims, their families, and those around you who may be scared or hurting for any reason in your prayers (or thoughts if you're not a religious person).

2) That you do your best to encourage others to do the same- if you have a site or mailing list or yahoo club or egroup, that you post or send out an email asking for prayers, emails, and letting them know about UNDIMMED, incase they'd like to be involved.

3) That if you own a site, you put a banner somewhere on it.
