Managed to catch the soundcheck again, a few different numbers from what I heard before the London show but none the less it was cool to hear these songs being played. Glenn wasn't present as Big Val (Glenn's security guard) told us he was sleeping on the tour bus. The songs Tommy, Jerry and Johnny played were;

With what seemed an eternity, the doors finally opened at around 7:30pm.....I took my place a row from the front and awaited what was the enevitable shitfest that was Breed 77. They came on at 8:15pm and suprisingly they got a better reception than they did down in London, i guess maybe 2 or 3 more people cheering them on than in London actually, the singer seemed to take on board that over the 2 shows supporting Danzig they got no reception from the audience, he made a comment saying 'It must be a Danzig thing...', didn't go down to well with the audience and the band proceeded to get shit from the crowd, like i could give a fuck...Anyways, the finally fucked off and it was time for the roadies to set-up for Danzig.
The lights dim and Wotans' Procession starts playing real loud, you could paticularly hear the bass line when it was played, cool stuff...
Tommy stages center stage and opens into the opening riff of Skin Carver...then Jerry and Johnny rush on and do their thing, then Glenn casually walks on stage in his trademark Black leather jacket...
The crowd were pretty laid back for most of the set in my opinion but this is how it went down set wise, a few noticable changes from the London show...

More towards the end of the set the crowd became more livlier and there was a fairly decent pit going...It was cool to hear Unspeakable (heavy as fuck) as it wasn't played at the London show, I did think we were gonna miss out on Skulls but after Do You Wear The Mark the crowd went nuts! After the band went off doing Skulls, the crowd got a strong 'Danzig' chant going and much to the crowds delight the band came back out and Glenn said 'One more for you guy's!', they went into Long Way Back From Hell...this was the perfect ending to the night, Glenn seemed to be really enjoying himself on stage, smiling and joking around with Tommy quite alot...the attendance was pretty good considering the show was on a Sunday, i guess around 1100 people at the most, 800 as the fewest...
After the show, me and a few others headed out to the tour bus and waited around 30 minutes until Big Val came out and said gimme your shit, so five people at a time gave him their stuff and he proceeded to take on the tour bus for Glenn to sign, I managed to get my Satans Child promo, I Luciferi and ticket stub all signed which was cool...this capped of what was a killer weekend! I think the UK Danzig fans gave a great see-off to Glenn if this was his last time back playing on these shores...
