What is stress and anxiety?
Emotional stress is anything that makes you worry, however, physically your body defines stress as change.

Anything which causes change in your daily routine is stressful, as is anything which changes your bodies health is stressful, but also imagined changes can be just as stressful as real changes.

There are several aspects to stress;

* Emotional stress
- Arguements, disagreements, and conflicts cause changes in your personal life...leading to stress

* Illness
- Catching a cold, breaking a bone, are all changes in your body's condition...stress

* Pushing your body to hard
- This is a major source of stress, if you overwork yourself in time the lack of regeneration time will catch up with you. This does not just mean that you will feel tired, your body does not have the energy or time to fix broken cells. If you keep pushing yourself permanent damage can be done...stress

* Environmental factors
- Extreme climates can cause changes in your body's internal environment...stress

* Hormonal Factors
- Puberty is a massive stress, your body changes its shape physically and new hormones are releaseding large quantities.

- PMT .Once a month just before a woman has her period her hormone levels drop dramatically, this causes a temporary overstress.

* Taking responsibility for another person's actions
- You have no control over someone elses actions, and so you have no control over the changes this causes in your life...major stress
