This is an objective truth standard. Larger system won more attention, respect and even worship from human beings. You can imagine, if there were a system larger than universe, its laws will be worshiped better than "natural laws", and treated as more important truth than natural laws. With the objective truth standard, the system with the largest possibility to be observed contains ultimate truth.

Since human beings themselves also want to increase their happiness, "large" also becomes their subjective standard to evaluate truth. If, in a long time, development of a country is decided by its methodology, then, more developed countries contain more social truths.

The following questions are related with each other:

Why does matter exist?

How did universe origin?

Why all observable important systems are growing larger and larger?

Why do present basic natural laws exist, not other possible laws?

Suppose there is nihility and a perturbation d . When the perturbation is a group of quantities that cannot increase the perturbation, nihility is at indifferent equilibrium for this kind of perturbations. If the perturbation reduces by itself, nihility is stable for this kind of perturbations.

If d is a group of quantities which forms a tiny "developable" system, like d (universe) and d (economy), the perturbation will grow with time, so nihility is unstable for this kind of perturbations. The existence of such perturbations is guaranteed by that the Universe is a close expanding system.

More generally, if there is perturbation freedom, any imperfect existence, existence that cannot expand the fastest, is unstable. The perfect perturbation will have much larger scale than the existence after enough long evolution.

In "Truth Evolutionism", stability means the largest observation probability. So, unstable means that observation probability of an existence decreases with time. When there is a perturbation that can self-expanding the fastest, then the probability to observe the perturbation increases with time. After enough long evolution, the observation probability is nearly 100%.

Whether to treat existences as inanimate particles or animate pursuers does not make any differences. The key is self-expanding, no matter by instinct or by intellectual chosen. If self-expanding systems are called pursuit systems, then science of pursuit, which mainly studying self-expanding systems, is part of "Truth Evolutionism". Inanimate systems are pursuit systems with zero "desire" and cannot expand, their observation probability reduces with evolution, so the world is almost 100% dominated by pursuit systems.

In human language, "inorganic" or "inanimate" just means the substance does not pursue the same as cells do. In science of pursuit, "inanimate" ought to mean that the substance does not pursue any quantity the best.

From "Truth Evolutionism", if an evil system can be isolated, it does not need to be punished. The bad methodology itself will execute the punishment. In society, it means isolation is a better and fair way to punish crime (if isolation is possible).

For all kinds of perturbations, the one expanding the fastest will have the largest observation probability, corresponding to universe. In science of pursuit, the fastest growing system is called in any special situation. Similarly in economy and research, for any bad situation caused by internal pursuers' behaviors, there is one way at least, like adjusting interest rate, to prevent them from depressing forever.

In economics and mathematics, scientists have not found a complete mechanism about development, let alone to describe development in a close system.

In "Truth Evolutionism", every existence comes from very small perturbation. Ultimate goal of "Truth Evolutionism" is to find the mechanism for evolution from perturbation to existence, and finding the best methods for expansion. From Truth Evolutionism, if every possible existence can exist, then the world will have its current form. Absolute freedom will create the current world. After an enough long time, world will be nearly 100% made up of perfect pursuit systems。 So why we need a creator to enhance the perfection an infinitesimal percentage?

I define the objective truth standard as:

By evolution, a perfect pursuit system (also the largest system), called universe, will dominate the observation.

Larger system will be more important. What we called "truth" is the result of our truth standard or choice principle: observation. The methodology making a system to be the largest system is truth. So truth is uniquely decide when "largest observation possibility" is the standard.

The subjective truth standard is:

Subjective truth, knowledge about how to establish a largest quantity, will dominate human beings because of its application importance: human beings pursue the largest happiness.

A formal system cannot decide truthfulness of its axioms inside the system. In "Truth Evolutionism", if "truth" is defined as "existence" or "possible existence", all possible perturbations in nihility are "truth". So every formal system is "truth". But if truth is defined as "the largest existence", formal system can judge truthfulness inside itself. Theoretically, realization of "Truth Evolutionism" will make observation and experiment unnecessary for the discovery of truth.

At first, I treated "largest" as scale in space at a moment. So I thought a perfect pursuit system expanding the fastest. But it is a little different from largest negative action principle. Now, I understand: "largest" is the space-time scale: from origin to infinite future. Perfect pursuit system has the largest pursued quantity, so it also has the largest observation probability for the pursued quantity. But it does not have the largest observation probability from origin (t=0) to t. In any finite period, a pursuit system can pursue better than a perfect pursuit system. But the number of such systems decreases when the period is longer. It will be zero when the period is infinite.

Perfect pursuit systems have both observation importance and application importance. Pursuit systems are important because systems not pursuing do not have observation importance and application importance. So science of pursuit is the main part of Truth Evolutionism.

A perturbation includes two parts: the pursued quantity and methodology. From incompatible axiom , system pursuing two independent quantities expands slower, so I just discuss perturbations with one pursued quantity in this article.

A rigorous a priori definition for every pursued quantity, like negative action, happiness and knowledge, is impossible. Negative action, for example, can be only defined as "the quantity pursued to be the largest in universe", but the universe is also defined as "the system pursuing largest negative action." So I just pay attention to mathematical expressions of these pursued quantities. Their dimensions are not important and cannot be defined.

A little difference in expanding velocity will lead to a large difference in system scale. For two systems with the same scale and different expanding velocity, after some evolution, their difference in scale will be exp(tdH). dH is the difference of expanding velocity. So, after enough evolution, probability to observe a small system decreases to infinitesimal. A perfect pursuit system does not expand the fastest in a finite period, but it expands the fastest for an infinite period.

When pursued quantities have the same mathematical expression, methodology difference is the only reason for expanding velocity difference.

So, if "truth" is defined as the best methodology for system expansion, "truth" also follows evolutionism: fallacies will be harder to be observed as evolution goes on, because perfect system expands much faster. The scale of an existence is approximately proportional to its truthfulness.

Since scale is approximately proportional to observation possibility, truthfulness is approximately proportional to the possibility of being observed. Universe is the largest system, also has the longest evolution history.

Since dimensions of pursued quantities do not influence advantage of methodologies, truth is universally valid. If all universally valid existence is truth, then stability is also an approximate criterion to decide truth--the more universal the more close to truth. A system just includes the pursued quantity and the methodology, corresponding to systematical property and universal property respectively. Natural laws have the best stability. In society, a bad social system cannot last long, and imperfect pursuit system cannot last forever.

From Euclid to Newton, scientists established science system from hypotheses like axioms and laws, which greatly simplified science foundation. But as number of sciences grows and more doubts for the truthfulness of axioms (it is impossible to judge the truthfulness of an axiom inside a formal system), sciences need a better foundation. "Truth Evolutionism" provides the simplest common foundation for all sciences. There is only one hypothesis: freedom for perturbations in nihility.

From (1), what we called "truth" is decided by "the largest scale". So the ultimate purpose for human beings' science research is:

In science of pursuit, (3) is the unified, most simplified ultimate truth. Started from teleological truth, finally, it makes mechanical truth the simplest. Although I cannot deduce all truth from (1) now, it is fairly close. Here is a review of success and problems to establish all truth on "Truth Evolutionism" completely:

(a) To ensure the existence of self-expanding perturbation, which is equivalent with whether a close system can expand forever, I proved that particles in universe will absorb energy from electromagnetic field and universe will expand forever if new photons are generated continuously. But I have not discovered the best mechanism for photon generating, which is strong and weak interaction.

(b) I proposed that nihility is not stable", so systems can expand from perturbations in nihility. So perturbation freedom is the only hypothesis in this theory.

(c) I proposed that expanding speed is uniquely decided by methodology and the mathematical expression of pursued quantity, unrelated with the dimension of pursued quantity. This is called "universality of advantage". So if profit, knowledge, happiness have the same mathematical expression as negative action, they will have the same expanding speed when following the same methodology.

(d) Physicists have discovered least action principle, so basic natural laws are best methodology to pursue negative action. So for systems with the same mathematical expression as negative action, basic natural laws will be the best methodology.

(e) If researchers can try all possible mathematical expressions of pursued quantity (like negative action in physics), and deduce the best methodology for each expression from largest pursued quantity principle, then there is an expression with the largest expanding velocity, called "perfect expression". The system with perfect expression and best methodology is called "perfect pursuit system". I have not fulfilled this task, but I proposed that the Universe is the perfect pursuit system", so perfect pursuit systems ought to have the same mathematical expression as negative action.

(f) If scientist could establish a complete mathematical theory between mathematical expression, methodology and expanding speed--to calculate expanding speed from mathematical expression and methodology, all truths will be deduced. I proposed some axioms about relation between methodology and advantage and relation between expression and advantage, they ought to be theorems if the task is fulfilled.

(g) If it is impossible to deduce expanding speed for all expressions and methodologies, then deducing the speed for the "perfect expression" might be enough.

Since I could not deduce expanding velocity for all possible expressions and compare them, I try to find the perfect expression from universe--the believed largest system. I have not found the correct way to calculate negative action for strong and weak interaction. I have not translated quantum mechanics into science of pursuit either. So the "perfect expression" becomes a physics problem, and it is the main problem to complete "Truth Evolutionism".

(h) In the present mathematical expression of negative action, the negative action of field, F_ik² and space-time curvature R, is hard to understand. I proposed expected negative action to simplify the expression.

Conclusions on Truth Evolutionism project:

If scientists could establish a complete mathematical theory between mathematical expression, methodology and advantage, which means to calculate expanding speed from mathematical expression and methodology, truths can be found in the following way:

Researchers can deduce the best methodology for fixed expression from largest pursued quantity principle, just like they do in physics. The largest expanding velocity must be positive to ensure that nihility is unstable.

On the other hand, how to deduce the best mathematical expression for a fixed methodology, from largest pursued quantity principle, is still a blank.

From Darwin's Evolutionism, no mystery force would be needed after the origin of life. Now, from "Truth Evolutionism", all existences and truths do not need mystery force either. Truth is the methodology to establish a largest system. Every existence is evolution result from perturbations in nihility. Evolutionism can play such an important role in ultimate truth because foundation for existences must be the simplest.

So for an intelligent life with no knowledge about size and justice, "truth" and "largest" forms a circular definition.

Now, there are two ways to measure truthfulness of a theory. Normally, a theory cannot have large truthfulness for both standards. For mechanical standard, definition for truth is:

(4) Truth is the simplest and correct way to express all facts.

When the same facts are included, set of all facts is the most complex form of truth. Axiomatized science, if both complete and harmonious, will be the simplest form of truth.

In order to be closer to truth mechanically, more facts must be included to make axioms simpler. For example, when considering geometry only, axiomatized geometry is the simplest. But if physics is included, whole geometry is natural result of mathematical expression of pursued quantity. If society and research is included, sciences can be unified into science of pursuit.

In science of pursuit, "Truth Evolutionism" is the simplest expression of all truth. So it is the closest to ultimate truth in mechanical standard.

For teleological standard, definition of truth is:

(5) The most fundamental facts needed to make a pursuit system having the largest pursued quantity.

This is natural result of "Truth Evolutionism". These facts are called "basic perfect pursuit methods".
