BASEBALL SIGN-UPS
Welcome back !! After a terrific postseason where U.C. National once again made it's mark on the map of little League Baseball bringing much honor to our league, It's time to get rolling again. We welcome back our old friends and new parents to the league
and hope to see many familiar faces at the sign-ups this
season like last season. Starting our 2005 Season of U.C. National Baseball we are proud to begin our second season of
U.C. National Girls Softball for all girls interested in
playing. This will be a chartered league, our season, post-season and divisions will be structured the same way as
Little League Baseball.Majors ages 9-12.Juniors ages 13-14.Seniors ages 14-16.Big League ages 16-18. come join the fun!
REGISTRATION FEES:*$95.00 for 1st CHILD
*$50.00 each ADDITIONAL CHILD
No Hardships. However, a payment plan will be offered.To be paid in full by Opening Day.(For more information please call 706-7079)
*THERE WILL BE A $20.00 RETURNED CHECK CHARGE*
YOU MUST BRING THREE ITEMS that show your PROOF OF RESIDENCY:
A VALID California Drivers License or Identification (MUST BE ONE OF THE THREE)
1.Utility Bill.(consists of one of the following PG&E, Cable or Telephone Bill with your name and address)
2.Voter's Registration
3.School Records.
4.Welfare/Child Care Records.
5.Federal/State Records.
6.Support Payment Records.
7.Homeowner or Tenant Records.
Also,have your child(ren) Medical info (Doctor's #, Medical Record #, etc.) with you at the sign-ups.
