OWNER, Jennifer Minnehan
Growing up in the Monmouth County area of New Jersey, Jennifer Minnehan was raised a single Mother who always encouraged her daughter to do what she loved and to help others. Cultivating a background of a passionate and caring person. Jennifer also trained to become a Firefighter and EMT, which she is still a Volunteer FireFighter and EMT. Jennifer moved to North Carolina in 2004 with her future Husband Donald and was looking to do something creative with her time. She always dreamed of weddings and designing them since she was a child. In 2005, She became the Manager of a Coffee Shop that Catered and planned events for others and Jennifer had learned she found what she loved. Event and Wedding planning. After running a successful Catering business from the Coffee shop Jennifer Decided to go to Wedding Consultant Class to help Brides. Now she has gotten into business with her friend Samantha and together with their Creative sides and passion for design and happy brides they have started Unique Designs.
Tanya Sisseck was born in England, but moved to the U.S. when she was only nine years old.
As a member of a military family, she has been lucky enough to live in several different states on both coasts.
She finally landed in North Carolina where she met her very own husband, complete with southern charm!
They have since given life to two beautiful children, Gavyn and Audrey.
Through planning her own wedding, Tanya discovered her calling, and has been chasing her dream ever since.
She loves weddings and enjoys being involved with bringing families together.
In 2008, Tanya came across a website for Unique Designs .
Where she saw a listing for a job, A Wedding Consultant.
Tanya sent the email in where she met Jennifer and Samantha.
Both, of which pulled her onboard as Tanya had some wonderful and unique wedding ideas.
