Created by GONZO Digimation, this is the "Emotion Label 20th Anniversary project". A 5 part OVA utilizing the latest cutting edge computer animation, Based on the Novel "Sentou Yousei Yukikaze" by Japan's popular science fiction author, Chohei Kambayashi.

Only Operations 1 and 2 have been released in the USA.
