    Children In Need Charity Ball

The Polo Club is looking into holding a massive charity event in aid of "Children In Need" to be held in Reflex in November 2005. This is to be a Black Tie Ball, hopefully the Surrey University social event of the year and we are looking to start organising now. There is a lot to do so anyone interested in helping out is more than welcome, to whatever extent they wish, regardless of whether they are part of the Polo Club or not.

    We Are looking into having:

  • A Bouncy Castle
  • Casino Games
  • A Raffle
  • Finger Food
  • Live Music (from a KNOWN band)
  • Stands selling everything from Tarot Reading to Event T-Shirts
  • An Ice/Drinks Slide
  • A VIP area
  • A pre-party meal

There are lots of options and any ideas or critisisms that help make this a fantastic day as well as a huge success for CHILDREN IN NEED would be very apprecated.

    Corporate Sponsorship & Aid

Any Company who may wish to contribute anything at all would gladly be acceped. Even if you only want to contribute a gift to the raffle we shall do our utmost (within our scope) to ensure your company gets the best publicity we can offer it.
If you think we could arrange something that would be a win-win for both of us please get in contact.
