| An unusual child who is very charismatic is the founding father of the organization known as 'Civil Fangs'. Many have said that this child known as 'Ty' by the other generals has already been shot dead over three times in the streets of America. Though he continues to live and carry out the mission of the organization. He acts like a immature punk during normal occasions, but in the heat of battle and when it comes down to orders he is very direct and mature. Some say he has split personalty, others just say he's the coolest nine year old they've ever seen. Either way he is very dangerous, but caring person. He suffers from many Human flaws such as addiction and temper tantrums; even with these flaws he leads a very strong willed group of young men and women with unique ideals of how the world should be ran. Very few question his methods, and very few question how he knows what he knows. |
