PETA recently conducted an undercover investigation and discovered that China is raising thousands of dogs and cats in deplorable conditions so they can be massacred for their fur.  Dogs and cats in China are being bludgeoned, hanged, bled to death, and strangled with wire nooses so that their fur can be turned into trim.  This fur is often deliberately mislabeled as fur from other species and is exported to countries worldwide to be sold to unsuspecting consumers, including the U.S.

Please contact the Chinese ambassador in the United States and implore him to enact animal welfare legislation that will put an end to the use of dogs and cats in the fur trade.  Also urge him to stop the cruel handling and treatment animals endure during transportation.
