HELP PROTECT WHALES FROM DEADLY SONAR
It is undisputed that high-powered sonar can kill whales by causing their internal organs to hemorrhage.  Other dangers caused by sonar include hearing loss, tissue damage and displacement from habitat.  Despite this knowledge, NATO, comprised of 26 nations, still uses high-powered sonar in routine training exercises.

Please urge NATO to take steps to protect whales and other marine mammals from the dangers of sonar, such as prohibiting the use of high-power sonar in sensitive whale habitats.  Also contact your elected officials and ask them to sponsor legislation to protect whales from sonar.
