Flatfoot 56........where do I begin??  Flatfoot is THE most amazing band in the underground scene.  FF56 plays celtic punk rock.  Even if you don;t like punk at all, I guarentee that you will like Flatfoot.  FF56 has release 3 independent albums.  They spice up their music by using the bagpipes as well as the mandolin in much of their music.  A Flatfoot 56 show is no dissapointment.  The band encourages the audience to frequently come up on stage and sing along with them while others run around the massive circle pits below.  It is always fun to watch Josh run around the stage in his kilt too.  Three of the 4 members are brothers, while the 4th member is a longtime friend of the family.  The whole band was homeschooled up until college.  FF56 is based out of Chicago and annually goes on nationwide tours.  Check out their homepage for show dates, merch, etc. Flatfoot 56 homepage BACK
