• We believe that Jesus Christ came to earth as God incarnate. He lived a perfect, sinless life and died a death on the cross to save humanity from the curse of sin.
• We believe that Salvation is a GIFT and cannot be earned no matter what deeds we do.
• We believe that the Bible is the literal and infallible Word of God, divinely inspired by God.
• We believe that Christians do not have to look “Christian.” Many people think that because we are Christians, we must always wear a suit and tie with black dress shoes. The Bible does not say that strange clothing and hair styles are sinful. We do not believe that Christians have to have the “clean cut” look to be a Christian.
• We believe that we are saved by grace and grace alone. Nothing else can give us access into heaven. Following a strict set of “manmade rules” will not give us entrance into heaven. We also do not believe that following a strict set of rules will make an individual “more spiritual.” Once again, we are all equally saved by grace and grace alone.
• We believe that legalism within the Christian community is wrong and can spark civil war within the church.
