The three of them are usually dressed up in costumes. It's hard to miss a combo like that.

"Xanax" paid Mr. Scheuer's rent and cleaned out his apartment. There was a tremendous amount of inventory including molds, pieces and othe prop making equipment. Then, "Xanax" rented a 24’ Penske moving truck and packet it so full that the door was just barely able to close and brought it all back to his home. It was a grueling four days for "Xanax" as there were several hundred, if not thousands, of molds and one hell of a nice vacuum-forming machine. The piece that "Xanax" is most pleased with is the original screen used complete set of ROBOCOP armor.

Texas, Jenkins Twp. police cooperate in arrest

JENKINS TWP. - Township police and Carrollton, Texas, police worked together to apprehend an alleged sexual predator in Pittston in April.

According to a press release from Carrollton Police Chief David N. James, his department "filed a successful case against the defendant, Thomas Schever."

With the help of Jenkins Township Police Chief Frank Mudlock, Carrollton police executed a search warrant on April 17 at Schever's 17 Laflin Road, Pittston, residence.

Police found pictures of a nude 16-year-old girl, pictures of numerous young women under age 14 and child pornography on his computers. A signed confession was obtained from Schever, 38, and the computers and pornography were turned over to FBI officials.

The Carrollton police department awarded Mudlock a "Citizen Certificate of Appreciation" on June 20 for his cooperation.

"Due to your tenacity and persistence in this case, our agency has been able to file a successful case against the defendant Thomas Schever," read a letter from James. "Chief Mudlock, you were instrumental in bringing this case to a triumphant conclusion and taking one more sexual predator off the street."

Further details about the case were unavailable, as Mudlock and Carrollton police department officials were not available for comment Monday evening.

Man wanted on sex assault charges remains at large
The Jenkins Twp. man is accused of assaulting a 16-year-old Texas girl he met online. Police say he has fled the area.

A 38-year-old Jenkins Township man accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old female last year remains at large.

Thomas Schever, with a last known address of 17 Laflin Road, met the Texas teen on the Internet in 1999. After corresponding online, he traveled to Texas to meet her, police said.

According to Sgt. Jack Adams of the Carrollton, Texas, Police Department, Schever rented a hotel room in Carrollton on Aug. 6, 1999, where he took nude photos of the girl and sexually assaulted her.

Schever was charged with indecency with a child by contact and a warrant was issued for his arrest, a third degree felony, Adams said.

The victim reported the incident to Carrollton Police in March. Interviews with the victim lead police to Jenkins Township.

"With the nature of the offense, it sometimes takes a very long time for the victim to come out," said Adams, citing embarrassment as a main reason victims of a sex crimes fail to report incidents for so long.

On March 15, investigator Jerry Pomposelli of the Carrollton police contacted Jenkins Township Police Chief Frank Mudlock about the case. Police obtained a search warrant for Schever's home.

On April 17, the warrant was served and police found several nude photos of the victim. They also found numerous photographs of female children under 14 and child pornography on Schever's computers, police said.

Jenkins Township police previously obtained a written confession from Schever and turned the child pornography and computers over to FBI officials, but he wasn't arrested. Schever fled the area before police could obtain the warrant.

Adams said there is another case pending against Schever in the neighboring town of Lewisville, Texas, involving a sexual offense on a different female victim.
