I think I understand Linc's neighborhood. New Orleans is a very cliquish area. People are friendly but then again they are not. A friend of mine is from here and lived in Dallas for several years then moved back and she agrees about New Orleans being cliqish. I have been here 14 years and I have just started feeling comfortable probably in the last 4. I find it even more so among moms. I am just starting to make mom friends with Louis' class. If moms here treat other moms this way I can imagine how they would treat a dad, probably like an alien!
