In the Anime she was fighting Chaos, and in an attempt to kill Chaos, she takes it into herself. But Chaos is to strong and eventually takes over Galaxia. Beofre Chaos completely takes over her, Galaxia sends out her starseed 'The Light of Hope'. The starseed goes to the power coming from Sailor Moon and turns into Chibi Chbi. She helps Moon to stop Chaos. Galaxia is turned back to normal by Sailor Moon with her 'love', and Galaxia is set free. The 'free' I mean is death.
