She first appeared to Sailor Moon in the end of Volume 18 after Moon destroyed Chaos. Sailor Moon and all of the 'killed' senshi where still inside the Galaxy Cauldron. She called herself Guardian Cosmos protector of the Cosmos Seed. She also said she once had a powerful starseed like Sailor Moon's. After thanking Sailor Moon for freeing her and the other seeds and offered for Moon and the others to go back to their true star forms, beings of light. Moon refused naturally. She knew they all wanted to stay in their new forms no matter how hard it may be. With that said the Guardian put them all back onto earth safely. Before she was fully gone, Moon noticed something very strange about the Guardian's blast. "The Guardian... is Chaos?!" Moon cried.
This means that all the villians the Scouts have faced was because of the corruption of one small little sprite. Moon wakes up in bed with Mamoru before their wedding.
