Like I said earlier, she only appeared in the Manga, and even in the manga she was only in Volume 18, Act 49. Sailor Moon ran into her after she passed Sailor Lethe and Mnemosyne in Galaxia's Palace. Only Moon, Chibi Chibi, and Kakyuu made it to Papillon. She was standing with butterly's all around infront of the Starlight's graves. Papillon told them that the butterly's were the last starseeds the cauldron had left, and she was there to make sure they didn't escape.
There were new graves behind her. It is almost like when someone dies, their starseed turns into a butterfly, and Papillon watches it. She even asks the three what color their butterfly will be. Then Papillon attacks them and introduces herself as the last Animamate, the Soul Hunter, Sailor Heavy Papillon! She hits the three scouts that have been put onto crucifixes of vines with fire.
The Sailor Quartet and Chibi Moon show up. They use a combined attack 'Pink Lady's Freezing Kiss' to set them free, and the quartet uses their jungle arrow to destroy Papillon.
