She isn't as important in the manga as she is in the Anime. Crow appears in Vol 16 act 45. She goes to Rei's temple after feeling people from her own planet. There she runs into the pet crows of Rei that turn into people, Deimos and Phobos. They share some words about how crow thinks she is a senshi when in fact she stole the starseed of Sailor Coronis, the Senshi of their planet. Ticked at the (birds/girls) she blasts them and takes their starseeds just as Moon, Venus, and Mars show up. Moon destroys Crow, and just as Venus and Mars run up to her, Galaxia appears and takes Venus's and Mars's starseeds. Moon is left alone crying for her lost friends.
